Need to reserve a date for production?
Whether it’s event coverage, content shoots, bottle photography, or seasonal lifestyle content for your brand, you can hold your desired date by submitting deposits for each day your need by selecting the QTY and using the Add to Cart button below. This Date Hold Deposit will be applied to the final invoice.
Once your deposit is received, we’ll reach out promptly to schedule a planning call. During this call, we’ll align on creative direction, story development, deliverables, and fine-tune all production details as your shoot date approaches.
Each date hold includes two complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled shoot date. This deposit is not refundable.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re more inspired than ever by the stories here in Sonoma County.
We’ve been producing images and films professionally for over a decade, and the technical side of what we do is second nature now. What truly excites us today is storytelling — preserving the legacy of farmers, winemakers, and brands whose work is deeply tied to land, seasons, and time.
These stories matter. Time is limited, and the knowledge, craft, and history behind these brands deserve to be documented with intention and care.
With that in mind, we’ve introduced a few new ways to work together in 2026.
You can now reserve upcoming shoot dates directly through our website by placing a deposit to hold time on our calendar — whether it’s for a seasonal moment, a product release, an event you need captured, or a storytelling opportunity you already know is coming. All date holds come with one free reschedule as long as you provide a 5 day advance notice.
Once a date is held, we’ll follow up, confirm everything, and collaborate with you on a clear production plan — so when shoot day arrives, everything flows smoothly and we maximize our time together.
This process is designed to give you flexibility, consistency, and peace of mind — while ensuring your brand always has high-quality content ready when you need it.
